1. The status of guest/client of the restaurant is conferred by the Casa Alba restaurant.
2. A client’s access is allowed in the location under the following conditions:
   a. Having reached the minimum legal age for alcohol consumption (18 years), verifiable based on a valid identity document.
   b. In the case of minors, access is allowed in the company of an adult.
   c. For safety reasons, parents are asked to supervise the activity of children, as the restaurant does not have a specially arranged play area.
   d. Decent “smart casual” attire.
   e. Decent and respectful behavior towards other customers and employees.
   f. The customer is not intoxicated or shows symptoms associated with the use of drugs/prohibited substances.
   g. The restaurant has not reached maximum capacity according to the operating authorization and legislation in force.
   h. Pre-booking a table or participating in a group of people does not exempt the customer from the obligation to comply with the above rules, which are applicable at an individual level.
3. The restaurant may refuse access to customers in the following situations:
   a. One or more of the above rules are not respected.
   b. The restaurant has reached its maximum capacity, according to the operating permit and the legislation in force.
   c. When the reservation list anticipates the maximum capacity of people in the location, priority is given to customers with reservations.
   d. In the event of special situations that may affect the safety, image and/or well-being of customers and staff.
4. People with disabilities are asked to contact Casa Alba restaurant employees for special assistance.
5. Smoking is strictly prohibited, with the exception of electronic cigarettes and areas specially arranged as “smoking areas”.
6. A customer’s access may be revoked in situations of disruption to other customers, the activity of the premises or in case of violation of rules of conduct and decency, of legal provisions (e.g.: consumption of prohibited substances, smoking cigarettes and cigarettes, other than electronic ones, indoors, etc.).
7. Payment can be made in cash or by bank card. Customers are asked to keep their tax receipts until leaving the premises.
8. Casa Alba Restaurant is not responsible for customers’ items left unattended, lost or damaged. Casa Alba Restaurant offers a cloakroom service, and customers are responsible for not leaving items in their pockets that could be lost; the premises are not responsible for these.
9. Following access to the premises of Casa Alba Restaurant, customers may appear in photos and videos subsequently posted on the communication channels of Casa Alba Restaurant.
10. Photography or filming with professional equipment is not allowed inside the premises, without the consent of the manager on duty. For professional filming, media representatives are asked to contact the staff.
11. Access with food and/or drinks from the premises is not allowed.
12. Access with any kind of weapons and/or armament is not allowed.
13. Access with pets is not allowed.
14. Cars parked within the restaurant perimeter remain the responsibility of the owners.
15. Parking of customers’ cars in the restaurant parking lot is free of charge.
16. Customers are asked not to get behind the wheel of the car if they have consumed alcoholic beverages. Personal cars can remain in the restaurant parking lot and can be recovered the next day. Access to the parking lot is provided 24/7.
17. The restaurant premises are under video surveillance, according to the legal norms in force.
18. Casa Alba Restaurant holds the ISU operating permits required by the legal regulations in force, documents displayed at the entrance to the premises. In emergency situations, as provided for by law, customers are asked to strictly follow the instructions of Casa Alba Restaurant staff.
